My husband and I were recce-ing for IDs to overhaul our 5 room resale and we coincidentally approached the same company & ID. Karen texted us individually just to discover it’s for the same house. 3 of us instantly clicked upon our first appointment. However we weren’t quite settled yet as we wish to compare quotations from different companies.

Karen wasn’t pushy despite being fully aware that we are still in the midst of comparing quotes. She’s patient, transparent and very much knowledgeable. Atlas, we decided on The Alchemist as they offered the most compatible price. Adhering to our theme and request, Karen provided many ideas, advices and clear breakdown. Throughout the whole process, Karen constantly provides updates and gives quick-alternative solutions every time any problem arises. Rest assured, we need not chase for any updates & she too is fast in rectifying every issue that was brought up.

She ensured to keep things under our budget despite any add-ons. Super pleased and impressed with the outcome. Thank you for creating our dream home.

Contacted The Alchemist Design and was very fortunate to have Carine as the ID. Everything was a smooth process from start to finish. She is always there to answer to your enquiries, last minute changes and etc. I didn’t have to worry much as shes the one who pulls all the strings together during the reno.

Not only that, the entire team right from the tilers to the electricians are all great and friendly guys. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and Im also satisfied with the great job done. Thank you Carine and team. ☺

Engaged The Alchemist for our resale house and had Elly as our ID. Their quotation was extremely affordable and had our house ready on time as promised without compromising the quality of work. Throughout the whole renovation, Elly was very approachable, responsive to our questions, gave us a lot of advice and ideas and importantly she made it all very comfortable working with her. I had bad experience with other ID with my previous house hence I am very cautious when choosing ID for my new house. I am glad that I chose the alchemists design, my ID in charge is Jasmine. She is superb! She listen to our needs and advise us using her expertise. Instead of added new costs , what she did was, she advised us what can we use back and save cost! This is a plus point! Additionally, regardless she will definitely reply us or acknowledge our message and I believe this is what put us house owner at ease! Definitely recommend Jasmine!

Prior to this reno, we had a bad encounter with our previous reno 2 yrs ago. Pricing was not transparent, work was compromised & id promised to come back to do touch up within the 1 yr waranty bt did not act as promise. Before deciding to go with The Alchemist, ID Ivonne in particular, we had put a small deposit with another ID. Bt again disappointed with the attitude of the ID, we decided to forgo the deposit & took our leap of faith with Ivonne.

Even before committing with any deposit, Ivonne listened to our ideas and came up with the concrete plan that works within our budget. She was open and easy going and is always there wif prompt replies . Whenever problems arise, she's quick to come up with contingent plans. Her proactiveness & great service is very impressive. We would also like to thank Kawi the electrical cum "everything that needed to be done" extraordinaire. He was there to the rescue when even the fridge person refuse to take responsibility to push in our fridge into the fitted carpentry. It was a snug fit.

Thank you for the extras that u did , the installation of the 46kg hood , the drilling of accessories & even the last min tracklights that we needed for the wardrobe area even after everything else was completed. We love our house now. From an old ,needed of a much tlc kind of house to a vibrant customised home just for our family. And within our budget!
